Call Systems Technology (CST) is to launch a new version of its EasyCall system at Hospitality 2007.
EasyCall is a micro technology button that customers press for service. The button transmits a signal to an LCD panel that alerts staff by vision or tone. The new EasyCall technology expands the flexibility of the system by allowing the button to also send an alert to a silent pager worn by waiting staff.
Small and discreet, the buttons can be countersunk directly into tables or walls or seated in a mobile coaster-sized housing with optional promotional displays or menu holders.
With the introduction of the Smoking Ban, EasyCall is ideal for hospitality sites expanding out of doors as it is IP rated weatherproof.
CST will also be showing its complete line of 'Call' products including the CustomerCall and WaiterCall systems. Alongside will be ResPAK, the complete reservation, table management, function and event planning system for hotels and restaurants.
