The chairs have been designed to meet the mobility needs of the elderly
Saunasella has launched a sauna chair that has been specially created to meet the needs of physically handicapped people such as the elderly and disabled.
The ‘Fortis’ chairs offer a greater seat height and width, and have been designed to be safe and stable. With support armrests, it is easier and more comfortable for people to sit and get up. The chairs can also be leaned backward in order to provide optimum back support, while an optional footrest provides support for shorter individuals.
Other people particularly expected to benefit from the chairs are those recovering from surgery, pregnant women, people with reduced mobility or sufferers of balance disorders.
The chairs are made using 100 per cent natural materials, with the frame consisting of durable alder.
