Clarins has debuted its newest innovation, Youth Synergy, at Velaa Private Island, the only resort in the Maldives with a Spa by My Blend by Clarins and now also the only resort in Asia to offer the the new wellness treatment.
Combining traditional methods with technology, Youth Synergy creates personalised beauty regimes designed to help renew cells, plump the skin, drain toxins and puffiness and restore skin elasticity.
The My Blend Youth Synergy Facial begins with a lifestyle consultation, followed by a skin diagnosis and a customised blend of moisturisers and boosters.
Youth Synergy starts with a facial on the face, neck, top of the back and décolleté, and the hands and feet.
Then a My Colorblend light therapy LED mask is placed over the face which emits wavelengths for penetration into the skin layers. These wavelengths work with specific colours: red to calm, boost collagen cells and reduce signs of ageing, blue to purify and kill bacteria and pink to accelerate skin recovery.
Next, My Waveblend is applied. My Wave Blend is a 12-minute vibratory treatment that is applied to the face and décolleté to stimulate lymphatic drainage, drain toxins and decrease puffiness within a drainage, refirming or toning programme.
Finally, My Cryotech is a cooling wand using cryotherapy technology to tone the skin for an instant glow and tighter pores.
This is followed by make up application.
